Who Are Cosy?
Children deserve inspiring natural environments. At Cosy you will find a limitless collection of imaginative resources to excite young minds.
We know you want to be a champion of childhood through natural learning. To do that you need exciting early years ideas and affordable resources. The problem is not knowing what is possible and where to find it which can be stressful.
Cosy believe learning spaces should delight and inspire children and teachers. We understand the challenge of finding inspiring solutions that tick all the boxes which is why we are an award-winning 2024 ERA Supplier of the Year with 14 years of inspiring over 30,000 product ideas.
- Build the ideal space for your children – Cosy have worked with nursery chains and schools all over the UK to design and build the ideal space for their children
- Promote a healthy educational environment and reduce stress – the Cosy range is sustainable and through biophilic design encourages an environment that is close to nature
- Buy with confidence – Cosy offer a 10-year warranty on selected furniture, fixtures and equipment
We prioritise a greener approach to business and play – from using local businesses to supply many of our products, to offering some of the most natural and economically process goods in the world of educational equipment.
Cosy started life as a husband-and-wife team in a tiny loft office over 14 years ago. Today, we work with settings in over 30 countries worldwide and are a team of over 100 people.
Social Value and Sustainability
When Cosy was founded, the social value and sustainability was put at the heart of the company. We want to take full responsibility for the impact we have on the world and people around us. From sustainable manufacturing to volunteering with disadvantaged children, you’ll find out all about what we do here.
Always Low Prices
We know that educational resources can be expensive. We want to stop you paying more than you should. Our annual project compares our prices to the already discounted products from our competitors.
It is rare you’ll see a discount on Cosy products, and a Cosy discount code is like finding hen’s teeth – but it is highly unlikely that you’ll find a better price elsewhere.
Another great thing about working with wood is that it is incredibly durable – our products are made from long lasting materials, not single-use plastic that can degrade. If you buy from Cosy, you know that your resources will stand the test of time – and the punishment of constant use!

Working for Cosy
Fancy becoming a goat-herder, or a beekeeper? Whatever your passion, you’ll find your home at Cosy. We are a rapidly growing Cosy crew and always looking to attract new talent.
We offer flexible working, such as term-time, part-time contracts. In fact, nearly a third of our team is part-time. This allows them to balance their career with personal responsibilities or commitments.
Cosy commit to create an environment where every employee can flourish. We believe in investing in our people, providing them with opportunities for growth – both professional and personal.
We ensure 100% of our team receives personalised training each year. This commitment sharpens their skills and keeps us innovating.
Cosy employ apprentices at levels 3, 4 and 6, ensuring staff can earn while they learn. We work with organisations that provide meaningful programmes that allow young learning-disabled people to move into opportunities in life as active citizens.
We strive to employ those who may struggle to find work. 7% of our employees are prisoners on day release (ROTL) and we aim to get this up to 10% in 2025. In doing so, we not only contribute to societal rehabilitation but also create opportunities for those looking to rebuild their lives.
We believe in second chances and the transformative power of meaningful employment. We don’t just build careers; we empower lives with purpose and dignity.
Our team are our biggest asset. We have introduced a range of initiatives to help our us connect with nature. We encourage walking at lunch time, free fruit throughout the week and on Fridays we have tea and homemade cakes, served by our lovely Jan, a retired teacher.
